Adding Groups
Epsilon users are members of one or more groups. You can create groups and add users to them if you have the necessary permissions. Complete the following steps to create a group:
Click the People tab. By default, the Groups page opens.
Click the Create New Group button. The Adding New Group page opens.
Complete the details for the group profile. You must also select an Owner and a Parent Group for the group. You can only set yourself or one of the users that you are managing as the owner of the group that you are creating.
Select the Can Create Child Groups checkbox if you want to permit child groups to be created under this groups. If this checkbox is not selected, this group cannot be made a parent of any other group.
Select the Democratic checkbox if you want to permit all the members of the group to edit the group but not delete it.
Click the Create Group button. The group is created in Epsilon. You can now assign users to the group.
